Researcher at Rudolfs Cimdins Riga Biomaterials Innovation and Development CentreArita Dubnika received her PhD in Chemical Engineering from Riga Technical University, Latvia. Her main research area is development of antibacterial biomaterials for drug delivery systems. Despite the young age and just a beginning of her research carrier she has already gained national and international collaboration experience. On 2013 she coordinated international subproject within Activities of Swiss researchers in Latvia” and on 2011 was administrator of Baltisch-Deutsche Hochschulkontor project. Since 2011 she has participated as performer/researcher in numerous national and international project and gained international experience trough Cost NAMABIO project by spending one month at Switzerland as well as received BAFF fellowship on year 2014 and spent one year as a Research Fellow at Stanford University, USA.
